Aleksandar Marić

Aleksandar is Attorney at Law and External Counsel at R legal.

After obtaining his bachelor degree from Faculty of Law, Belgrade university, Aleksandar started his career as a legal associate in a law office i Belgrade.

​

In 2021, Aleksandar passed the bar exam and was admitted to the Belgrade Bar Association as an Attorney at law. In the same year, he started his own legal practice, and in 2023, Aleksandar joined R Legal as an external counsel.

 

Aleksandar's areas of expertize are Dispute Resolution and Representation of clients before courts and administrative bodies, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Immigration Law and Employment Law.

 

In the area of Dispute Resolution and Representation of clients before courts and administrative bodies, Aleksandar gained his experience through representing numerous clients in:

- execution and security procedures

- misdemeanour procedures

- divorce proceedings

- commercial offences

- proceedings before the tax administration, state and city secretariats, republic geodetic authority

- the process of regulating work permits and visas,

- establishment, liquidation & bankruptcy procedures.
